Hello everyone, this week I would like to talk about start times and rescheduling.
As we all know your normal start time is 830. There is an expectation to have a team of five players that are able to start promptly at 830.
Having said that, we are a shift work city. So we try and have some forgiveness and have a grace period of fifteen minates. So keeping
Sportsmanship in mind there is no reason not to start at 830 and allow the person that is late to catch up. If the late person is not there by the start of the third round, which should be adiquite time for then to get there they forfit the points for round one and two.

So from what I understand some teams have been refusing to start till 845 which then gives there player more time to show up and beat the third round start time. This is UNACCEPABLE. Our nights can be long enough as it is. This is not showing sportsmanship and is taking advantage of the fifteen minates grace time. If this happens in the future can u please let the exec know and we will deal with it on an as need bases.

One more topic is Profesionalism in a public place. As it stands we have only 4 bars which we can play out of. It would be very bad for the league to have one of these bars ask us not to return because our plays were disrupting there business by arguing aND bickering.
It is the exec's expectation that you represent the league in a Profesional manner, show sportsmanship at all times and enjoy your league night.
